We have formed and operated CSS Nevada with you, the client, in mind. We strive to provide a complete range of services for our clients. We specialize in personal service, and are always available to respond to individual inquires. CSS Nevada forms and organizes corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, business trusts and other business entities formed and conducting business in Nevada. We will file all documents with the State of Nevada, Las Vegas, Reno and Clark and Washoe counties. We will also file corporate documents in any State of the Union. CSS Nevada also provides its clients with a business maintenance service, thereby insuring that your business entity always remains in a current, legal status. CSS Nevada also provides its clients with a legal, physical presence in Nevada. It is not necessary for the client to ever physically come to Nevada, although we welcome the opportunity to personally meet with all of our clients.

CSS Nevada maintains offices in both Las Vegas and, through an affiliate, Reno, Nevada. Our main office in Las Vegas has both conference facilities and a client office, where cliens can conduct their corporate business while they are in Las Vegas. All our offices can provide the required office identity so that the corporations can maintain their status as domestic Nevada corporations. In 1987, Nevada enacted new statutes regulating both domestic corporations and foreign corporations (out of state corporations) conducting business in Nevada. It was the goal of Nevada to become the "Delaware of the West," a state which is traditionally thought to have the most favorable corporate laws. This goal has been achieved, for the enactment of those statutes has resulted in Nevada becoming the best state in which to form and operate a privately held corporation. In 1998 Nevada ranked 10th in the nation in new business filings. This is quite a feat for a state with only two urban centers and a population of less than two million people.
